Here are some of us at a clinic the John Strable put on for IDMS (Iowa Donkey and Mule Society) members. Teaching trail mules to be flexible and responsive. John pretty much had his work cut out for him. I guess I keep finding out that trail riding is where me and my "ugly red mule" belong. It's where we both have the most fun and she is a wonderful ride on the trail. SAFE, SAFE, SAFE!!! I'm going to try to work on the things John taught me and see if I can make my mule a bit more responsive. I'll keep you in touch about that!!!
